What is unique about your products?

Our novelties are created exclusively for sale from an ice cream truck. This means that the novelties are significantly larger in size and are packaged for individual sale in fun, bright and colorful packaging, which you will not find in a typical supermarket.

How do you keep the ice cream novelties frozen during delivery?

Your novelties will arrive in a reusable cooler with dry ice to keep your novelties frozen during the delivery and shipping process. It is important not to touch the dry ice with your fingers or hands. Simply leave any remaining dry ice in the cooler and it will soon evaporate.

What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order is 24 novelties unless you are ordering I Scream for Team product which has a minimum of ten drop shipped deliveries with 12 novelties per shipment.

Can I leave the ice cream in the cooler once I receive it?

No, you will want to remove the ice cream novelties form the cooler immediately and store them in your own freezer.

How far in advance should I order?

Most orders will ship withing 2-3 business days. If you are ordering I Scream for Team, please plan 7-10 business days prior to your team event.

Are your items allergen free?

The products we sell are manufactured in a facility that is not allergen free and may contain nuts or other allergens. If you are concerned about nut allergies or other serious allergies, as always, be cautious.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are not cancelable or refundable once they have left our warehouse for delivery.
